"One to Many" is the slogan chosen by the programme funded by the Arthur Guinness Foundation, managed by the British Council in Indonesia and supported by Social Enterprise Europe Ltd.
We have helped to design the programme that hopes to reach out to hundreds of communities in the country hungry for social enterprise solutions and we are training a number of local trainers who are delivering training throughout the country.
This month we are supporting the delivery of training for start ups and those who have already started something in their community. Following training over a dozen trainers at the begining of June we are now supporting three training events in different towns in the country.
We were astonished and delighted that the British Council received over 600 applicants for this round of training - showing that interest in community and social enterprise is growing like wild fire in this country.
